Swedish Relaxation Massage – This massage incorporates long soothing strokes to relax the muscles and calm the nerves.A light to medium pressure massage to restore balance to the body and mind while enjoying the perks of a heated massage table, soothing heating pad for the back and calming eye pillow.

Deep Tissue Massage – A deeper pressure massage focusing on all layers of muscle. A combination of techniques may be incorporated, such as trigger points or stretching, in order to restore full function to the muscles.

Hot Stone Massage -  (in office treatment only) Warmed Basalt stones are incorporated into the massage to apply a moist heat to the muscle while providing a consistent pressure that allows the muscle to release and the body to relax.

ENERGY WORK

Reiki - is a form of energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a universal energy  is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the client in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
